Ryan Rithaler
Founder & CEO, Rithaler Consulting Services
Before starting this agency, Ryan built an event rental business from the ground up — growing it to 7 figures in just 4 years, primarily through SEO and paid advertising. What started as a side business alongside a full-time career in equipment sales eventually grew large enough that he left his job to focus on it entirely. When he sold the business, the decision about what came next was straightforward: the part he’d loved most was the marketing.
His background in sales — working his way from inside sales to managing a team spanning 9 locations across BC and the Yukon — gave him something most agency owners don’t have: a deep understanding of how businesses actually work. He spent years working alongside owner-operators of small construction companies and logging contractors, all the way up to large civil construction firms. He knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the table.
Today, what drives Ryan is finding the roadblock standing between a client and their full potential. Sometimes it’s obvious. Sometimes it takes real digging. But when the right system is put in place and the results start flowing — that’s the moment he builds every client relationship around.
