I tried Google Ads before and it didn't work — why would it be different this time?
In almost every case we’ve seen, the platform wasn’t the problem — the targeting, bidding strategy, ad copy, or landing page was. Google Ads absolutely works for local service businesses when it’s set up and managed properly. We’d rather spend 15 minutes on a free call reviewing what you ran before and giving you an honest assessment than make promises we can’t back up.
Meta ads seem like they're for e-commerce, not service businesses — do they actually work?
They do — but not always in the way you’d expect. Meta ads for service businesses often work more as a brand awareness channel than a direct response channel. Even when someone doesn’t click your ad, they see your name. When they later need your service and search on Google, they’re far more likely to contact you because they already recognise who you are. We’ve seen this pattern consistently with our own clients.
How long before SEO starts generating leads?
Typically 3–6 months before you see meaningful ranking movement, depending on your market and how competitive your local space is. We’re upfront about this from day one — if you need leads immediately, paid ads are a faster path while SEO builds in the background.
Is there a minimum contract or commitment period?
No — all lead generation services are month-to-month. We don’t believe in locking clients in. We keep clients by delivering results. That said, SEO in particular is a long-term strategy — clients who stick with it for 6–12 months see compounding returns that short-term campaigns can’t match.
Should I start with SEO or paid ads?
